Where can I get a BNI membership application?

Applications are chapter specific and cannot be transferred between chapters. If you remember the name of the chapter you visited, (1) use the button below to access our list of chapters, (2) click on the chapter's name in the list, (3) on the chapter's web page, click the APPLY NOW button. If you cannot recall the name of the chapter, please reach out to the person who invited you or feel free to contact the region office at 435-767-7100 and we will gladly help you

New Member Membership Cost Breakdown

We invite you to submit an application for BNI Utah South chapter membership to lock out your competitors, upon your acceptance in the chapter and payment of your membership fees. You will submit your application for membership online.

The investment to join BNI consists of an application fee and a participation fee for either 1, 2, or 5 years:

• Great Value (1 year) - Application fee of $199 plus 12 months of membership at $749 (Investment of $948)
• Better Value (2 years) - 15% Savings - Application fee of $199 plus 24 months of membership at $1,299 (Investment of $1,498)
  Save $199 over purchase of 2 one-year membership terms
• BEST VALUE (5 years) - 26% Savings - Application fee of $199 plus 60 months of membership at $2,749 (Investment of $2,948)
  Save $996 over purchase of 5 one-year membership terms

Additional Information About Applying for Membership

1. Upon submission, your application will be reviewed by the chapter's Membership Committee, and you will be notified of the status ASAP.
2. You may pay with VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER, AMERICAN EXPRESS or PayPal.
3. All applicants must be reviewed and approved by the chapter membership committee in order to be a BNI member. Upon approval, you will receive an email notifying you of the approval and requesting payment of your membership fees. BNI Membership and the benefits of membership can only be locked in upon receipt of this payment. The approval is good for seven (7) days after which your application may be voided if payment is not received.

Terms

Arbitration. All disputes arising out of or related to this agreement or the member’s participation in BNI shall be resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with the laws of the state where the applicant’s BNI chapter is located. The Arbitration shall be subject to the Rules of the American Arbitration Association. This clause encompasses any and all disputes involving BNI, its franchisee, and their officers, directors, agents, and representatives.

Limitations on Liability. Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement, any liability to you involving BNI, its franchisee, and their officers, directors, agents and representatives for any cause whatsoever arising out of or related to this Agreement and/or membership or participation in BNI, and regardless of the form of the action, will at all times be limited to the amount of yearly dues paid by you for the membership in BNI. Except in jurisdictions where such provisions are restricted, in no event will there be any liability to you or any third person for any indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special or punitive damages.
